Hi, I’m Stephanie…
A highly adaptable creative entertainment professional with diverse skills and executive-level experience spanning decades in and around the industry across multiple categories – including music, tv, fashion, and live events.
In addition to my entertainment experience, I possess ever-expanding skills as a digital illustrator and graphic artist, am an ICF member Personal Coach and Certified Grief Coach, and an experienced blogger and writer of online content.
Kind of a weird mix-mash, I know. But, hey, that’s entertainment.
A proactive problem solver, I’m driven by curiosity and excel at helping creative pros, teams, and organizations reach their goals by utilizing empathetic people and project management, exemplary administrator skills, and creative and effective communication that helps guide, support, and motivate others toward positive action and desired results.

“All that is gold does not glitter; not all those who wander are lost.”
J.R.R. Tolkien (“The Riddle of Stider”, The Fellowship of the Ring)
Those with an independent spirit will tell you that variety is, indeed, the spice of life. For creatives, I believe, it is necessary sustenance.
I thrive in small-team settings where everyone is not only encouraged, but required, to wear many hats. As a former General Manager of a boutique creative company, I have proven executive, organizational, and leadership experience in the entertainment space.
I am drawn to organizations which handle a diverse array of creative projects across multiple mediums. I find these environments are well suited to my never-ending curiosity – and offer the most opportunity to engage both my business acumen and creative skills.
I value integrity, empathy, and clear communication, and these are the core principles which guide both my work and personal life. I am open to working with people and organizations who value and respect the actual human effort that goes into delivering the very best product, event, or experience – every time.

I got my start in the entertainment industry as an assistant to Creative Executive and Artist Manager Benny Medina, working with Jennifer Lopez across multiple film, music, and business projects.
A strong foundation for a budding artist manager and future creative executive, a career which I have had the pleasure and privilege to continue building over two decades…

While artist and label management and administration have been the bulk and backbone of my career, my diversified work experience has provided opportunity to move into the world of live/live for broadcast events and tv production as a Talent Coordinator and Associate Producer for both domestic and international clients and events such as Fashion Rocks (a member of the prestigious Prince’s Trust), Dodge Ram, NFL Monday Night Football, and luxury car maker Genesis.

I started writing stories in elementary school, spending hours clacking away on my big sister’s blue manual student typewriter while all my friends played outside.
I entered college as a broadcast journalism major with an English minor before early motherhood called me away from that path. The digital age would allow me a full circle moment when I launched my first blog in 2007 and began to connect to others through my writing.
I’ve launched two well-respected blogs, curating one into a book, created online content for outlets in the wellness and healing space, and as a national correspondent for Examiner.com. More recently, the pandemic presented the opportunity to follow my passion toward screenwriting, an area of specific interest to me that I hope to continue to practice and pursue in earnest.

My father is a gifted artist who taught me valuable drawing techniques as a child, but while I continued to sketch occasionally over the years, most of my artistic output was limited to creating/editing blog images and collateral, along with designing visually creative social media posts.
Today, I enjoy creating digital illustrations primarily in Adobe Fresco and Procreate, while continuing to develop my skills in graphic design – with a focus on creative pitch decks – using programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as Canva Pro.
